It is a true documentary an it is un-biased and balanced! This is not! I'm not a Jew nor am I a Muslim or Christion. I have nothing against decent individuals. But seriosly if your jewish & you want to know the truth about your religion & beliefs then get real & properly research your own history! Go back to the first texts (like the telmet) "B.C" and then there after before getting on the defensive. You obviosly have no idea how evil your ancient religious (if you can call them that) and laws & beliefs were. It's easy to research the TRUTH if you REALLY want to know? If not then don't comment. If you have studied your history you would know that there are so many similarities in beliefs/ideals/laws/views/nature/corruption/right & wrong etc etc between the ancient israelites and the NAZI beliefs & actions it's scary. Early Judaism & Jew's have more in common with the Nazi's than any other group or religious beliefs. LIKE IT OR NOT! Get real!!!

The two-state solution, with Jerusalem as a shared capitol between the states of Israel and Palestine, imho, is the only safe, sane and sensible way for Israeli Jews and Palestinians to live in peace. All settlements must be withdrawn and/or all Israeli Jewish settlers be evacuated back to Israel. Israel should give up control of Gaza and West Bank's water, airspace, and the land in general and allow an independent, sovereign Palestinian nation-state to emerge in West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip alongside Israel.

dovidw, don't turn this into an argument about what muslims say in the koran about jews, Jews in their torah claim all non jews are non human, so I guess people in glass houses...
As for the documentary, you are so blinded by your own propaganda that you cannot see anything else, the fact is jews are NOT the victims here, they have created an apartheid state full of brutality and ethnic cleansing, it is a sick sick evil act, and it sickens me more to know that it is being done by JEWS, weren't you the victims of ethnic cleansing not so long ago, funny how when its done to you you want the world to feel sorry for you and when you do it to others you want the world to stil feel sorry for you, well you are no different to the nazi's and its not too late to change it, but you need to start by facing the truth that you are illegally occupaying, torturing, humiliating and ethnically cleansing the palestinians and that you are far far far from being the victims here!

A truly insightful documentary.
Dovidw, why do you think some Israelis make a documentary about the plight of the Palestinians? Why are there dozens of organisations and charities (Jewish, Arab, the two combined as well as International ones) that are trying to encourage peaceful co-existance?
You talk about propaganda? How much propaganda have you had instilled in you by YOUR school, YOUR family, YOUR government to make you fear and hate your neighbour as much as you do?
You say that the documentary focused on selected aspects, well it seemed to cover a fair few aspects of life in the short 25 minutes that it was: the wall, curfews, abusive and scared young soldiers. Don't forget the inability for people to work, let alone get there, buy food, live in safety, irrigate their land, access to healthcare, flouting of international regulations, erm..... did you see the whole film or were you blinded by hate as soon as you pressed play?
Anyway, I can't believe I've lowered myself to the level of a narrow-minded, hate-filled fellow human-being like yourself. Silly me!
Israelies (like anyone else) have a right to live; Israel (as any other sovereign nation) a right to exist. The sad fact is that we came so close to peace a few years back before some crazed idiot with a similar mind-set to yours killed Yitzhak Rabin. Who knows, perhaps this documentary wouldn't have been necessary, hmm?
Do you wish for peace, Dovidw, or do you just want to trample on people for the sake of it?
Put yourself in their position and try to understand their situation. I'm half Spanish and half Basque, so I'm no expert on world peace, but I try to understand both sides of the on-going conflict in Spain. Why not try and understand your neighbours? It is difficult and painful when you are so close to it, but internationally the Israeli government is not held in high regard. There must be several reasons for this.
The documentary, both the footage and the interviews were very revealing and interesting. I wish I could download a copy and show it to friends. It was very well produced - no anger, just a simple portrayal of what daily life entails for many Palestinians. Its difficult to know what is going over in the Middle-East when you're tucked away in the relative safety of London. We only get to see 2 minute snippets on the news - mostly action and poverty shots and it is so far away it is difficult to grasp what exactly is going on where. This documentary was a chance to see and understand the situation a lot more.

This is about the most outrageous piece of propoganda I think I've ever seen!! It's so stupid, it doesn't qualify for the epithet "stupid!" Just shows how by selectively focusing on specific aspects of the Jewish/Arab conflict the whole truth gets totally distorted. Have any who prepared this travesty of something called a "documentary" ever read any authorative books on the worldwide Jewish/Islamic conflict? Ever seen any "Palestinian" school text-books? Israel doesn't even appear on any maps!! Ever read the Koran and its' commentaries..Jews as apes and pigs?
